Refund and Returns Policy for Posing Mat

Overview

At Posing Mat, we provide products that are custom-made to your specific requirements and personal design. Because each mat is unique and manufactured according to your individual specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

This means that once an order is placed and the design is approved, it cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind. By placing your order, you explicitly agree to the design you have created or approved.

Exemptions from Returns

In accordance with international consumer laws regarding personalized goods, custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day or 30-day return policy. This applies to all mats ordered via our webshop with a custom design.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your Posing Mat arrives damaged or if there is a clear manufacturing defect that deviates from the approved design, we will of course resolve this for you.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at {email address}. Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds (if applicable)

If, after consultation, a (partial) refund is approved (for example, in the case of a manufacturing error where a replacement is not possible), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Design Responsibility

Please ensure you are satisfied with your design before completing your purchase. Once the mat has entered the production process, no further changes can be made. We are not responsible for low-resolution images or spelling errors provided by the customer.
