1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed with Posingmat™, an online shop run by Joep van Drunen, van Woustraat 63-1, the Netherlands, email info@posingmat.shop.

2. The agreement

An agreement is formed once we confirm your order and payment. Prices on the website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is shown separately at checkout.

3. Personalisation and approval

Every Posingmat™ is made specifically for you: you choose the mat color, the footprint colors, can add your own text, and can upload your own logo. Before we start production, the configurator shows you a digital preview of your design, which you approve yourself. This approval determines what goes into production, so please check colors, text and logo carefully before confirming.

You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to any logo or text you provide.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within Europe within 10 working days of your design being approved. Delivery times are estimates, not fixed deadlines.

5. Right of withdrawal (custom-made products)

Because every Posingmat™ is manufactured to your own specifications (color choice, text and/or logo), it is not suitable to be returned. Under Dutch law (Article 6:230p BW), the statutory right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to your order. The approval step in the configurator (see section 3) exists precisely to rule out mistakes before production, given that no right of withdrawal applies afterwards.

6. Complaints and printing errors

If your Posingmat™ arrives damaged, or the actual print demonstrably differs from the preview you approved (a printing error on our part), contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@posingmat.shop with photos of the issue. In that case we will arrange a free reprint or a refund. This does not cover discrepancies caused by an error in the design you approved yourself.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.

8. Intellectual property

Posingmat™ and its logo are trademarks of Joep van Drunen. They may not be used without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
