Who we are

Posingmat™ is an online shop run by Joep van Drunen, based at van Woustraat 63-1, the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@posingmat.shop or by phone at +31 6 50 26 61 03. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you order a Posingmat™ or contact us, and what we do with it.

What data we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number;
• Order and payment details (which products, amount, payment status);
• Personalisation data you enter in the configurator: the logo you upload, your chosen colors and your own text. We only use this data to produce your Posingmat™.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide us with.

What we use this data for

• Processing and shipping your order;
• Producing your personalised Posingmat™ (logo, colors, text);
• Customer service and communication about your order;
• Meeting legal obligations, such as our tax record-keeping duty.

Payments

Payments are processed via WooCommerce Payments. Your payment details (such as card numbers) are handled directly by this payment processor under their own security standards; we do not store full payment details ourselves.

Cookies

This site only uses functional cookies required to run the shop (such as your cart and your language choice), plus a cookie to remember your choice in the cookie banner. We currently do not place any analytics or tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep order and invoice data for as long as the law requires (the 7-year Dutch tax record-keeping duty). We don't keep personalisation data (logo, text) any longer than needed to produce your order and handle any warranty issues.

Sharing with third parties

We only share data with parties needed to fulfil your order: our delivery partner (shipping address), our payment processor (payment details) and our hosting provider (technical storage). We never sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. Contact us at info@posingmat.shop. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
